Opened in 1963, Bay View Golf Course is an 18-hole public course in Kaneohe, HI. The course was designed by Jimmy Ukauka and measures 3,399 yards from the longest tees, and has a slope rating of 91 and a 56.9 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels.

With its commanding view of Kaneohe Bay, the view from the par-3 14th hole at Bay View Golf Course is more than worth the price of admission. The front nine incorporates much of the land from the original layout, which was built in the 1960s. However, it is the back nine that offers a number of engaging holes. The 11th and 12th holes may be the toughest back-to-back par-4’s of any Oahu golf course, and are certainly the narrowest.

The par-4 on hole 15 features a water carry to an elevated green carved out of the hillside, while the 16th is a massive downhill par-3 with water right and even more danger at left over the hill. Bay View closes with an all-carry par-3 across a wetland to a shallow but wide green protected by a huge mound at its center.

Reservations for golf carts are welcome — please call the Pro Shop at (808) 247-0451, ext. 1, to reserve a golf cart. Golf carts are available all day up until 2:30 PM for 18 holes with a cart, and 4 PM for 9 holes with a cart.
