Lydia is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. with a BA in Finance. She paid her way through GWU by working night shifts in the Delivery Room as a Registered Nurse in Washington D.C. area hospitals on weekends. She has earned the following certifications & designations during her career: Graduate Realtor Institute GRI, Certified Military Relocation Professional, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES); Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR); REOTrans Platinum Certified; Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE); e-Pro, GREEN Certified, Military Relocation Professional Certified, & Residential Construction Certified (RCC).
